Shipping + Policy

For shipments within CANADA and the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $45. Orders under $45 will be Calculated Automatically by our trusted shipping providers and will give you options to choose from that best suit your needs! (Just continue along to shipping page if rates do not refresh). Additional International country rates will calculate from our providers.

One of our main goals here at Oak+Tonic is for you to be happy! If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened/unused products within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of return we will refund you the purchase price.This does not include shipping fees. Kindly email us (contact@oakandtonic.ca) your return request well within 14 days of your transaction date, as returns are unable to be made after this date has passed.

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. In-store returns require a receipt. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes.

Oak + Tonic monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Refunds and store credit will be issued according to our return policy.

If you are shipping products back for refund we strongly recommend you get tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
