We’re sorry your item didn’t work out. Our goal is to make the return process clear, fair, and simple.

🇨🇦 Canada Returns

Return Window

In-Store Purchases:
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Online Purchases (Canada):
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the shipping date.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

🇺🇸 United States & International Orders

All U.S. and international orders are final sale.

Due to cross-border regulations and customs processing, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.

✅ Eligibility for Returns (Canada Only)

To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be unused and unopened
• Products must be in original condition and packaging

Refunds include product cost and applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🎁 Bundles & Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

Opened or gently used items from bundles or promotional gifts are final sale.

Unopened bundle items are eligible for refund only if:

• All items in the bundle are unused
• The GWP item is included in the return

If the GWP is not returned, the order will be deemed final sale.

📦 Return Shipping (Online Canada Orders)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer two options:

• Use our return label (fee applied based on weight & location)
• Use your own shipping label (email tracking number to contact@oakandtonic.ca to waive label fee)

We strongly recommend using tracked & insured shipping.
Oak + Tonic is not responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us.

• Supplements & collagen products
• Fragrances & perfumes
• Jewelry
• Food & beverage items (tea, honey, chocolate, etc.)
• Sanitary items including:

  • Cleansing sponges

  • Makeup sponges

  • Brushes

  • Mask brushes

  • Face cloths

  • Gua sha tools

  • Face rollers

  • Dry brushes

  • Towels

Home & kitchen items may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

✨ Ritual Confidence Guarantee

(Oak + Tonic Organics Collection Only)

Our Ritual Confidence Guarantee applies exclusively to Oak + Tonic Organics branded products.

Try them for 30 days — if you don’t see or feel a difference, we will refund you. No return required.

This guarantee does not apply to third-party brands.

🔎 Return Monitoring

Oak + Tonic monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at our discretion.

Refunds and store credit will be issued in accordance with this policy.

⏳ Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received as it goes through a process with our website and shipping providers.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
