Shipping Rates:

For shipments within CANADA and the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $85. Orders under $85 will be Calculated Automatically by our trusted shipping providers and will give you options to choose from that best suit your needs! (Just continue along to shipping page if rates do not refresh). *Holiday shipping times in effect*

Shipping Policy + Returns:

We ship via FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, USPS, DHL and Canada Post. We do our best to get your order out within 24-48 hours of receipt. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary according to distances of final destination.

Tracking Numbers:

You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us at info@oakandtonic.ca and we will be happy to forward you the number!

Damaged, lost, stolen packages:

If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery then we will have our shipping centre open a service ticket with the Shipping Supplier to investigate. We have also partnered with Route and they offer a safe shipping experience for a minimal fee, so you can rest assured with a zero hassle shopping experience! For a small percentage of your order, Route provides insurance for damaged, lost and stolen packages. You can add Route to your order by selecting the Route toggle under the checkout button. 

Lost/Stolen packages: If you have not received your package 24 hours after it is marked as delivered and you have selected Route protection, please contact us to confirm your shipping address. If the shipping address entered at checkout matches the shipping address provided, our Customer Experience team will proceed with resending your order within 24hrs.

*For customers that opt out of Route: We encourage you to file a missing package claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not have Route protection.

Undeliverable package: If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we can re-ship your order for a flat rate re-shipping fee.

Not Satisfied?
One of our main goals here at Oak+Tonic is for you to be happy!
If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of return we will refund you the purchase price. This does not include shipping fees.
Kindly email us (contact@oakandtonic.ca) your return request well within 14 days of your transaction date, as returns are unable to be made after this date has passed. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 
If products have been opened or if 14 days have passed, products can be returned for store credit. After 14 days all sales are final. If you are shipping products back for refund we strongly recommend you get tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
