At Oak + Tonic, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order from Calgary, Alberta. Below you’ll find important details regarding shipping timelines, international orders, and returns.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
• Free standard shipping on orders over $95 CAD
• Orders under $95 CAD will have flat rate shipping rate of $9.95
• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days depending on location
We ship via FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, DHL, USPS, and Canada Post.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
🇺🇸 United States Shipping [Currently Suspended]
We are pleased to now ship to the United States.
• Standard tracked shipping: $14 USD
• Free shipping on orders over $125 USD
• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days (plus customs processing if applicable)
Please note:
• All U.S. orders are final sale
• Duties, tariffs, customs fees, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance
Oak + Tonic is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.
🌎 International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.) [Currently Suspended]
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
• All international orders are final sale
• Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery timelines vary by destination
🏬 In-Store Pick-Up
You may select Southcentre Mall pick-up at checkout by choosing the home icon on the shipping page.
You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection.
📦 Delivery & Package Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oak + Tonic is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
If your tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package:
• Please initiate a claim with the shipping carrier first
• Contact us within 24 hours so we may assist with opening an investigation
For undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, we can re-ship your order for a flat re-shipping fee.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
💬 Returns — Canada Only
Your satisfaction matters to us.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Return requests must be emailed within 14 days of transaction date
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using tracked & insured shipping for returns
After 14 days, or opened/used product's; all sales are final.
International (including U.S.) purchases are final sale.
Ritual Confidence Guarantee
(Oak + Tonic Organics Collection Only)
Our Ritual Confidence Guarantee applies exclusively to Oak + Tonic Organics branded products.
Try them for 30 days — if you don’t see or feel a difference, we will refund you. No return required.
This guarantee does not apply to third-party brands carried in our store.
Oak + Tonic monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Refunds and store credit will be issued according to our return policy.
