How it works
Every order does more than arrive.
For every order we receive, a formula calculates the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes directly to carbon removal companies vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies remove however much carbon our shipments created — and any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

Direct Air Capture
Heirloom's technology enhances the carbon mineralization process — the natural way that minerals absorb CO₂ from the air. Rather than using energy-intensive fans to draw air in, Heirloom speeds up the rate at which these minerals capture and permanently lock away carbon.

Remora
Point-Source Capture
Remora attaches to semi-truck tailpipes and captures CO₂ directly as the trucks drive — one of the most practical approaches to reducing emissions from freight, which is responsible for a significant share of logistics-related carbon output. The captured CO₂ is then destined for long-term storage.

Charm
Bio-Oil Sequestration
Charm takes plant waste — material that would otherwise decompose and release CO₂ — and converts it into a stable, carbon-rich liquid. That liquid is then safely injected deep underground, out of reach of wildfires, soil erosion, and the carbon cycle. A permanent solution using what nature already produced.
