How it works
Choose your delivery option
At checkout, select Ship or Pick-Up. Make sure you click the correct option before proceeding — both are clearly labelled during the checkout process.
Select Southcentre Mall as your pickup location
This option will appear automatically when all items in your cart are confirmed in stock at our Southcentre store. If it doesn't appear, one or more items may need to ship instead.
We'll have it ready within 24 hours
Once your order is placed, our team prepares it promptly. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment it's ready for pickup — no waiting, no guessing.
