Living Apothecary really started out as a way to heal my own ailments and not so much as a business. Battling anxiety (maybe a bit of depression), sleepless nights and painful periods, I found and leaned into botanicals.
Experimenting with different herbal preparations while studying naturopathic medicine, I found myself sipping on tinctures in the morning and herbal tea in the evenings. The power of botanicals and the ritual it provided truly inspired me.
Living Apothecary came to life as a way to share this form of healing.
