If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened/unused products within 14 days of purchase and upon receipt of return we will refund you the purchase price.This does not include shipping fees. We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. In-store returns require a receipt. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Gently used or opened products can be returned for store credit with discretion of amount used.
Oak + Tonic monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Refunds and store credit will be issued according to our return policy.
