If you'd like your morning sun protection to bring a light tint into your routine, Daily Defense Tinted SPF offers that extra finish. Zinc oxide provides broad-spectrum protection, while jojoba, prickly pear and aloe contribute moisturizing care. It's worth considering when you enjoy a tinted skin-care step before makeup or on its own.

Where it fits in your routine
Apply after moisturizer if your skin needs one, as the final morning skin-care step. Use the full amount in the directions below and reapply as instructed. Keep it separate from moisturizer or foundation rather than mixing them together.

Expect a lightly tinted finish; coverage and the way the tint looks will depend on your skin tone. Apply according to the sun-protection directions even if a smaller amount would give you the cosmetic finish you want.

How to use
Shake before use. Start with ¼–½ teaspoon, warm in your hands and distribute generously over clean face, neck and chest 15 minutes before sun exposure. Allow absorption before adding more gradually. Renew at least every two hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen for swimming or sweating. Use protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses, and limit sun exposure, especially 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Ask a doctor before use below six months of age.
